The paper collection I used is from kaiser craft, called sweet nothings. The colors of this paper are very soft and allow the chocolate brown accents to stand out. I have continued to employ one of my signature design features through the use of layering and these were created by using paper, card stock, doily, as well different embellishment layers.
Now is probably a good time to share a few of the resources I used to created the finished product :
Kaisercraft sweet nothings paper collection
Bazzill cardstock
Chipboard for box construction
Paper doily
Distress ink
Zing embossing powder
Wild orchid crafts base flowers
Petaloo flowers
Distress stains
Kaisercraft clear Stamps
micro buttons
heart brads
chipboard letters
ribbon and bakers twine
lace
butterflies
Next are few close ups so you an enjoy the detail i have managed to achieve. There are few techniques in this creation but none are complicated so give them a go if you have the supplies. I have used heat embossing, distress staining, inking, paper distressing, stamping as well as the construction of the card box itself.
I trust you have enjoyed seeing my card box and hope that it will inspire you send out some cards or make card gift set for someone.
Cheers Andrew
